Employment Discrimination

“Under Arkansas and federal law, it is illegal for an employer to discriminate against an employee or prospective employee on the basis of his or her race, religion, national origin, gender, or the presences of any sensory, mental or physical disability.” Any employer who does so is guilty of employment discrimination and would be the possible subject of an employment discrimination claim. Our experience allows us to give our clients and their employment discrimination claims the best representation possible.
